Directions For Use :
• Wash hands thoroughly with soap & water before preparing formula
• Boil clean bottles, caps, nipples & utensils in water (boil for 5 minutes)
• Boil fresh water for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature to prior to mixing
• Pour desired amount of the cooled, boiled water into the bottle. Add Nutramigen powder
• Cap bottle and Shake well
• Feed your baby
Number of Feedings Per day :
Use the chart below for the correct amounts of cooled, boiled water & powder. Use scoop in can to measure powder
• 0-2 Weeks - Take 3 level scoops with 90ml of water for 6 times a day
• 2-4 Weeks - Take 3 level scoops with 90ml of water for 7 times a day
• 4-8 Weeks - Take 3 level scoops with 90ml of water for 8 times a day
• 8-12 Weeks - Take 5 level scoops with 150ml of water for 5 times a day
• 12-24 Weeks - Take 5 level scoops with 150ml of water for 5 times a day
• 6 Months onwards - Take 6 level scoops with 180ml of water for 3to5 times a day or Take 8 level scoops with 240ml of water for 2-4 times a day
