USAGE

Lukewarm Glutathione Face Wash Directions For Use :
• Dampen the Face and Neck with water
• Pour enough Lukewarm Face Wash onto the Palm
• Develop a rich lather and gently massage on the face and neck for a minute
• Rinse off followed by a pat drying
• Use 2 to 3 times a day
• For best results, follow-up with a moisturizer and Sunblock (see: Lukewarm® Sunscreen SPF 50+)
Caution :
• Minimize the contact with eyes. In case of irritation, follow-up with a soothing aloe vera gel and Sunscreen. If persists, contact your healthcare consultant.

Lukewarm Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Directions For Use :
• As a Facial Cleanser : Take a small amount of Lukewarm Extra Virgin Coconut Oil in your hands, rub it between your palms until it becomes liquid, then spread it all over your face. Allow it to absorb, then wipe your face with a warm wet cloth.
• As a makeup remover: Take a little Lukewrm Extra Virgin Coconut Oil on your palm and gently apply it on your skin. Once your makeup has sufficiently removed, wash your face with warm water and pat dry.
• As a face Oil : Take a spoonful of Lukewarm oil in your palm. Rub your palms together to evenly spread the oil and then apply it to your face.
• As a Body Moisturiser : Pour the oil into your hands and apply liberally to moisturize your skin.
• As an under Eye Oil: Take a teaspoon of room-temperature coconut oil, apply into the area underneath your eyes. Massage for 30 seconds on each eye. Leave the coconut oil as it is to absorb completely into your skin.
• As a Hair Serum : Rub a little coconut oil through your hair after shampooing and conditioning it to shield it from damage while you brush it.
• As a Hot Oil : Add 1 tablespoon to 1/4 cup of coconut oil to the bowl and make it warm to the touch. A tiny amount of the oil should be tested on your wrist to ensure it's safe before using it on your scalp. Apply liberally to dry or damp, clean hair.
• As a Hair Mask : Warm Lukewarm extra virgin coconut oil and apply it to dry hair. Leave on for 30 minutes or overnight.
• As oral care : Put about 1 tbsp of oil in your mouth. Gargle the oil for about 15–20 minutes. Spit out the oil, then brush your teeth.
• As a Body Massage : Gently massage all over the face and body. After 15 minutes, wash it off with some gentle soap or body wash.
• As a Cuticle Oil : Apply Lukewarm Extra virgin coconut oil to your cuticles in a circular motion for an overnight moisture boost.
• As a Dry Shave Oil : Just apply the oil to your legs while you're in the shower and shave as usual. Razor burn and skin irritation are prevented by the coconut oil acting as a protective lather between the skin and the blade.
• As a Baby Oil : Apply Lukewarm Extra Virgin Coconut oil to your infant's skin just before bath time or shortly after. It helps with nappy rashes.
• Belly Oiling : Pour Lukewarm EVCO over your belly button. Massage in a circular motion for 5-10 minutes. For best results, apply every day before going to bed or after bath.
• Cooking & Consumption : Best when consumed directly without heating. Suggest direct consumption for salad dressings, mix with foods like dosa/idli podi, etc. for rich flavours. Suitable for low to medium heat cooking.
